Here at the Riva Toscana Golf Resort & SPA, the natural surroundings relax the eyes, the silence restores the hearing, and the salt air delights the nose, reawakening all the senses. At the table, our chef offers delicious meat and seafood menu options, all made with fresh local ingredients and products.
Featuring exposed beam interiors and a splendid terrace overlooking the golf course, the Paspalum restaurant takes guests on a journey through authentic Tuscan cuisine, complete with lots of Mediterranean classics. Every taste reveals a fantastic melody of flavours, thanks to the use of top quality ingredients and the splendid selection of Italian and regional wines.
The bar and clubhouse next to the restaurant are always at our guests’ disposal whenever they want to take a break. Sit back and enjoy a cocktail on the sofas, enjoy a light lunch between a round of golf and a dip in the pool, or treat yourself to a pleasant aperitif before dinnertime.
Information and hours
The Paspalum restaurant is open every day from 12:20 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch, and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner. The restaurant is also open to those who aren't staying at the resort, with bookings preferably being made by telephone.
The bar and club house are open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the winter).
Our private cellar, which can accommodate up to 15 people, is also available for tasting events, small gatherings, and private dinners.
Native of Piacenza and with extensive culinary experience, Chef Marco Capra is in charge of our Paspalum Restaurant. He always impresses our guests with genuine menus rich in flavour.
Only extraordinary and locally-sourced raw materials enter his kitchen, which soon become precious ingredients for fish or meat dishes with unprecedented aromas. His desserts are appealing to the eyes and delicious to the mouth.
